Terms of Use for Last

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "user") and Last ("Last," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Last mobile application and any related services, websites, or platforms (collectively, the "App").

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.

We may update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Updates will be reflected by a new "Last Updated" date, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are made means you accept the updated Terms.

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under 18, you must have consent from a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

All content and functionality of the App, including but not limited to source code, design, text, graphics, images, event gallery features, photo-sharing workflows, and trademarks ("Content" and "Marks"), are the property of Last or licensed to us. These materials are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or otherwise used without our written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

By using Last, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, you are at least 13 years old, if under 18 you have obtained consent from a parent or guardian, you will not use the App through automated or non-human means, you will not use the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes, and you will comply with all local, state, and international laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if we believe any information you provide is false, misleading, or violates these Terms.

You are responsible for the photos, event details, captions, names, comments, and other content you upload, create, or share through Last. You confirm that you have the rights or permissions needed to share that content through the App.

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, invasive of another person's privacy, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate for a shared event gallery.

By uploading content to Last, you grant us the limited rights needed to host, store, display, process, and make that content available to you and invited event participants as part of the Service.

You agree not to collect data or content from the App for replication or database creation, use the App for commercial gain or marketing purposes without permission, bypass or interfere with the App's security features, access or use the App via automated tools, scripts, or bots, reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App's software, upload malicious code, viruses, or disruptive material, harass, abuse, or threaten any user or team member, submit false reports, or misuse support features.

The App and its features are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors or bugs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Last shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, photos, event content, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.
